Citation Guides

Find the exact APA, MLA, or Chicago guide for the source you are citing.

Choose your citation guide

Pick APA, MLA, or Chicago first, then open the guide for the source you are citing.

Copy, export, or save

Copy fast, export in standard formats, and save citations for later without breaking your workflow.

Copy

You can copy citation results to your clipboard with one click. The default format is Plain Text, suitable for Word, Google Docs, and other writing tools. You can also use the dropdown next to the Copy button to switch to Markdown (for Notion, Obsidian, GitHub) or HTML (for web or rich text editors), depending on your workflow.

Export

You can export citations in multiple structured formats. A single citation can be exported as BibTeX (for LaTeX / Overleaf), RIS (for Zotero, EndNote, Mendeley), Plain Text, or JSON. For projects with multiple citations, batch export is supported in Plain Text, BibTeX, RIS, or Word (.docx), making it easy to organize or submit your references.

Save

You can save citations to a Project or Favorites for later use. Saved citations are managed in your Dashboard and can be exported in bulk when needed, which is especially useful for organizing references during writing or research.
